We make it easy for you to assist your young adult to succeed, by providing an online resident portal, through which you or your child can manage rent, make maintenance requests, and renew from semester to semester.
We also do away with the hastle of in-person rent applications with our secure online application system.
Walk to Class
Calling Midtown home allows for the convenience of walking or biking to classes with an easy access route less than a mile from campus.
Midtown is located a few miles from downtown, numerous parks, restaurants, shopping and many more conveniences and experiences.
